He surprised me with a rose today. A single red rose. I haven't been given a flower since Thomas. It was sweet and romantic and oh so perfect. I've had such a stressful week and I have no time to do anything and then out of nowhere he sweeps me off my feet and takes me to ice cream and gives me a rose. It was just what I needed. He even drove.

When he dropped me off he looked at me through the open door and said.

"The Rose is my way of saying something that I'm not saying yet."

To which I replied.

"Right back at ya buddy."

It was perfection at its best.
